Nyam' Chom', also known as roast goat. 

Quite surprised I have to say, roast goat is an excellent flavour! It's a really smoky steaky flavour with a hint of chilli. 

Crisp is a nice crunchy ridged cut with the right amount of salt, not too greasy.

According to the back, they taste like 50 years of freedom! ... ??? They also warn you to 'be sure to keep the peace'. Interesting!

Found in Norway. And boy am I glad I did!

I've seen plenty of mixed crisps packets before in the US and I've always felt like there's going to be one of them that's not up to standard. Mostly because the ones in America include a pretzel and that is just not meant to be in with crisps, it's a separate savoury snack. Controversial as it may be..

These are excellent. They are exactly the same flavour as Doritos' tangy cheese, which is great, nice and evenly spread seasoning; they taste great on each type of crisp. One is a bugle, one is a Dorito and one is a hollowed straw with the right amount of crunch.

Thank you Norway, you've done good.

Merry Christmas crisp lovers!!!

Hope you've had an excellently crispalicious year, and here's to another year of treats of the crunchy variety.

To celebrate the festive season, here's a little treat for you from the states courtesy of Chip Review.

You may remember a couple of months back, that I got sent the new sweet range from Pringles, they got a lot of press due to some pretty interesting flavours. SEE HERE.

With that in mind - allow me to introduce white chocolate peppermint. Not quite sure what these are supposed to portray as i've never heard of a peppermint candy cane made out of white chocolate! Still, they're pretty interesting.. in a kind of 'wow that's disgusting but it tastes like it should' way.

It's a white chocolate version of the mint choc ones. They're disgusting but a hell of a novelty.. and heck they do taste like white chocolate and peppermint.. so well done I guess??

Still, they're a 2/10 all the way to the bank, and a 7/10 for novelty value.

Well these looked like they'd be a lot better than the are.

Square tortilla chips? Well I never!
These corn crisps have been done well, a good solid crunch to a good standard. Little crunchier than Doritos, more similar to the Kettle chips' range of tortillas.

Flavour is an interesting mix. Haven't had the sweetness of BBQ put together with the creaminess of sour cream before. There's also a nice hint of chilli in these.. 

It works pretty well, the salt levels are good, the flavour stays the same thoughout the pack and you're able to pick out the two flavours well. 

Like mixing ketchup with mayo- it works.

Yuck. Just yuck. I really can't stomach more than 2 of these. They're so bitter and greasy and bitter. 

No thanks Belgique, no thanks.

Again, grease is the word.

A truck load of oil, now, with a hint of Garlic. Thin waste of a crisp with distinct lack of crunch and salt. 

These guys are not crisp makers, they're oil drinkers.

Definitely a focus on the oil here, crisp could be quite a bit thicker. Oil is pretty full on and greasy, these could do with salt, salt and crunch. The Basil is barely noticeable, and although the oil is a nice rich oil, it's too much.
