They are crunchy pitta bread pieces with the flavouring of Hyssop. What? You don't know Hyssop? Neither did I... Apparently it's a 'biblical herb' from the middle east. It's pretty earthy and goes damn well with humous. Crisp connoisseurs experienced in pitta bread crisps will a sharp painful memory of eating too quick and scratching the hell out of their gums. Be warned, never eat a pitta bread crisp with haste or a handful. They will make you suffer. The suffering is because they just had so much crunch, these are solid crisps - perfect for dipping.
