Daaaamn these have some SERIOUS crunch!!! A great kettle, thick with gnashing goodness.
The spicy Cajun flavour is just perfect. I sampled many a chilli sauce when in Louisiana and these live up to those standards, a great tang and a deep heat that doesn't overly burn or bring a tear to the eye but leaves a great paprika flavour in your crisp hole.
