I like the sound of The Cornish Crisp Company.

Every flavour of crisp is dedicated to a different cornish cause (this packet is to preserve the cornish mines.) So they're off to a good start for  being nice people.

It's not quite what I was hoping for in a cornish pasty crisp. I'm a massive meat eater and my pasty will always be full to the bring with succulent meat...

Saying that, they have capture the rest of the cornish pasty. The onions and most importantly the pastry (how can it taste like pastry??!)

The crisp has excellent crunch and thickness, they're not overly oily or dry and their salt levels are perfect.

I like them, I just think they need to bring out a 'non-vegetarian' version!

7/10

Hello - I'm so pleased you like the Cornish Crisp, as it's my company and the most important thing to us here is that people like them!
We tried a lot of real meat in flavours for the pasty crisp and the problem is, once it's dried to make a flavour, it's tasteless. We used rusk for the pastry flavour and of course, fine Cornish (but not the tasteless but much easier to use crisping varieties) potatoes for the crisps to add the most important part!
Best wishes,
Sue
