Bit of a random new campaign from Walkers - Choose me or lose me?

The idea is that they pit their classic british flavour up against a flavour from around the world - in this case the classic Australian flavour Lime & black pepper (?!?!)

And well.. .they'll not be replacing our beloved Salt & vinegar any time soon! They taste/smell like washing up liquid. If this was an actual Australian flavour i'd be like 'What the heck are you even doing down there???'

Another new flavour from ten acre, and both have included pepper.

This one is cracked black pepper - pepper in its rawest form. It's a flavour I really enjoy.

Not too intense. Not overly tangy to start with but they pack a great after taste. Awesome crunch, good oil level.

I think I'm going to give them 8/10  Yup. 

Another superb entry from Manomasa and I'm really ecstatic about this brand. They really have mastered their take on tortilla crisps.

These ones come in the form of a 'Tostada' - Essentially a round tortilla chip but with a slightly softer texture coming from the beans inside.

The flavouring is just glorious - a perfectly original combination of Green Lemon (who knew?!) and Pink Peppercorn. It's got a lovely citrusy tang and mild peppery bite that really teases the taste buds.

A great summery snack. 

If you see these on the shelves - take them, you won't go wrong! 9/10

So, my first dip into the range of Corkers - an independent crisp makers from The Fens, Cambridgeshire.

Their press release sells the quality of the crisp on the type of potato it's made from - the Maris piper, as well as being grown naturally in boggy marsh land giving a nutty flavour. I have to say I agree with them here.

The potatoe tastes fantastic. The thickness is great, the crunch supreme and the skin is left on. It looks and feels like a proper potato crisp.

The flavouring is a favourite of mine and they've really done it justice here, you can't taste any fakeness or chemicals in this flavouring. Just great, tangy pepper. It really does have an awesome peppery kick that is so important in a pepper crisp. 

I'm really impressed with this brand so far, not only have they produced one of my favourite black pepper crisps, they seem like a fun company. They hold the record for the biggest packet of crisps (1.141 tonnes of crisps! Don't tell me you're not fantasising about having a bath in that...) and they sent the first bag of crisps into space! Respect!

New from Phileas, like a mixture between prawn crackers and pop chips.. Would actually prefer if they were one or the other. Flavour is... Ok

It's like sweet chilli without the sweetness. So tiny little bit of chilli and a fair amount of black pepper.
