My second taste of Manomasa, but this time the shape is closer to an original tortilla - but as you can see - it's fan shaped.
Flavouring is a tomatoey salsa. It has really nice little hit of chilli that doesn't overload, but is packed with sweet tomatoey goodness.
The actual crisp has an amazing crunch to it, with apparently comes from the red and white Quinoa seeds imbedded into it. Tis good!
A really nice tangy flavour, that tastes natural aswell as intense.
