Third packet into fairfields range and I'm starting to get an idea of what they're about. All their flavours are subtle. Not over seasoned, and seemingly pretty natural. Cheese & Chives are another example of this.
Looking at the crisp, half of them have the edges of the potatoes on, the seasoning is not a strong colour, the herbs are quite obviously visible (while licking my fingers it looked like i'd dipped them in a jar of dried herbs from the kitchen.)
If you find crisps have a bit too much flavour and are too full on, fairfields are for you.
The 'non descript' cheese from the farms local to them has a good non-intense flavour but cheesy enough flavour, the chives (mixed herbs) add a nice touch.
Personally, I prefer flavours that a little more daring so it's only 5/10 from me.
