Paprika is just an excellent flavour for crisps. It just works so well, and making it smokey gives it and excellently rich flavour. This have been mixed the classiest of ingredients, porcini mushrooms and garlic butter, it sounds like the description of a posh french bistro menu.
The flavour really works. Sure it's garlic-ey but it's a smooth buttery version of it and isn't harsh on the tongue, only on the nose. Salt levels are pretty low and the usual kettle crunch is to perfection.
Great addition to an autumn dinner party.
