A more classic style of tortilla chip from Manomasa, with a fan shaped crisp. The flavour is warming, but not overly hot. They're really very smokey, in a good way. They'd make for a great guacamole dipping device. Along one side of the crisp you could almost think they've been slightly burnt, I think this is how they've got the crisps so smokey.
Sometimes you can spot a full pumpkin seed in the crisp, like you've discovered an ancient fossil- fun for all the family!
