Phileas Fogg take on another different style of crisp in the new range, the bubble chips. Which are double cooked and suprisingly, bubbly. They have a mixture light crunch to start then harder as you sink your gnashers in.
This time it's a sticky American BBQ sauce as the flavour. It's sweet and smokey for sure, but what is not described but pictured is the chili. Very much a part of this flavour. It's got a real tang to it that's nicely setoff by the sugar content that makes a sweet BBQ flavour.
The flavour is intense, the crisps are pretty covered in flavouring - so could be a bit sickly if you ate too much.. saying that i've just polished off the whole pack myself.
